This lot contains two 12 gauge Krupp fluid steel barrels numbered to gun: a 26 inch long barrel with 2 3/4" chambers, single bead sight and chokes measure skeet/skeet; a 28" long barrel with 3" chambers, double bead sights and chokes measure full/modified. Both barrels have an extractor, a solid rib and a checkered beavertail forearm with ebony insert. Scroll engraved casehardened frame marked "ITHACA GUN CO" on each side. The right side has a setter, the left side a pointer and the underside a duck. The scrollwork is also featured on the blued trigger guard. Grade 3 checkered pistol grip stock, grip cap, double blued triggers, tang safety and vented Ithaca recoil pad. Length of pull approximately 14 5/8".

Very fine as partially refinished. The 26" long barrel retains about 90% refinished blue with some streaks of gray, some minor spotting and beginning of gray and brown patina. The 28" long barrel retains about 98% original blue with some light handling marks. There is a filled repair and a hairline crack near a screw on one of the forearms, otherwise both forearms are fine with some mild handling marks and a couple minor chips. The checkering is crisp. The frame retains strong traces of faded case colors on the water table, under the break lever, around the triggers and around the fences, otherwise has faded to a gray patina. The trigger guard retains slight traces of blue mixed with smooth gray patina. The revarnished stock has some minor dings and scratches. The checkering is crisp. Most of the varnish remains.
