Brass bead sight, 2 1/2 chambers, choked full/full and ejector. Top barrel marked "FOREIGN". Border engraved frame. With an under mounted break lever that wraps around to the right hand side with double triggers and hammers. The left side plate includes a push button release that allows the shotgun to fold the barrel under the stock. Mounted with a straight grip checkered stock with steel buttplate and a 3 1/4" long forearm. Length of pull 13 1/4", 1 1/8 drop in comb and 2 1/8 drop in heel.

Very good. The barrel has aged to a smooth brown patina with spotted areas of the original blue finish spotted overall. There are some minor scattered dings and scratches the majority of which are on the lower barrel with some minor dings and pitting on both muzzles. The action retains some case colors in the protected areas near the trigger guard and break lever with some trace of faded colors near the hammers while the remaining areas have aged to a brown patina. The forward screw has been replaced on the trigger guard tang and the wood appears to have been freshened at some point. The wood remains very good checkering remains crisp with a small crack on the right side of the wrist and a chip on the left side where the flat meets the receiver. Scattered few handling marks overall, the forend is good with few minor handling marks and some wear in the checkering.

Brass bead front sight and flip up leaf rear sight, with the left barrel marked "ELBERFELD", the right marked "RUDOLF STOECKER" and Krupp Steel markings on the breech. 2 3/4" chambers, 7.8 mm rifle caliber. Frame is border engraved, with cocking indicators, tang mounted selector, Greener safety, single-set forward trigger, and "E. SCHMIDT & HABERMANN / SUHL" on the underside. Checkered pistol grip stock with engraved forearm hardware, black grip cap, raised cheek piece and a vented recoil pad. 13 1/8" length of pull, 1 3/8" drop at comb and 2 3/8" drop in heel.

Very good, 60% original blue with fading ahead of the forearm, scattered dings and minor pitting near the left muzzle. Strong traces of original case color on the frame, which is showing a smooth gray patina. Wood is good as cracked and repaired, with the recoil pad a later addition and light dings overall. Mechanically excellent.
