Single brass bead sight on a solid rib marked "W. RICHARDS LONDON LAMINATED STEEL". Casehardened light fine scroll engraved action with game scenes and "W. RICHARDS" in a banner on the side plates. Scrollwork and game scene also featured on the trigger guard. Double triggers and proofs on the underside of the barrel. Mounted on a round knob pistol grip stock with checkered forearm with horn tip, checkered hard rubber buttplate and a brass initial plate on the underside of the buttstock. Length of pull approximately 14".

Very good. The barrels show about 97% of a rich dark brown patina mixed with a light brown patina and some minor spotting. The frame and forearm hardware retain about 10% of the darkened case colors in the protected area with a smooth gray patina overall. The side plates have a smooth dark patina. There is a shallow gash on the buttstock, otherwise the wood is fine with some minor dings and scratches. The checkering is crisp and the engraving and markings are clear.
