Produced between 1911 and 1915. Also known as the "Parrot Beak" derringer, less than 1400 are believed to have been made. Blade sight absent from barrel, with the "HOPKINS & ALLEN ARMS CO/ NORWICH, CONN. U.S.A." address on the left side. The sides of the barrel and frame are zigzag bordered, with scrollwork on either side of the breech, in the lower rear corners and in the center areas of the frame. Striker-fired double action only operation, with serrated and casehardened folding trigger. Smooth pearl grips with a bird's head butt, gold washed monogram medallion on the left and unmarked brass on the right

Very good, with 80% of the original nickel finish, showing a mixed gray and brown patina along the edges, scattered spotting and scratching overall. Grips are undersized, with chipping on the right panel. The front sight is missing. Needs some work to the mechanism, as it does not function.
