Manufactured 1858 to 1865 with about 500 produced. The left flat of the barrel is marked "ALLEN & WHEELOCK" with a bead front sight and "V" notched rear on the frame. Spur trigger with an inline nipple.

Good. The pistol has been cleaned bright with a few areas of light pitting. The grips have been refinished and have wood putty on the bottoms. Mechanically fine.

Manufactured in the early 1860s with 500 to 1000 made. The left barrel flat is marked "E. ALLEN & CO. WORCESTER, MASS / ALLEN'S PAT. MCH. 7 1865". With no lip on top of the frame. Cone silver front sight and fixed barrel mounted rear. Spur trigger with side swing barrel and ejector.

Good. The pistol has been cleaned bright with very light pitting on the frame. The grips retain 65% of the original finish. The action is mechanically loose.
