Description:

No visible maker markings, but is marked with alternating Birmingham "V" and "P" proofs on the six fluted barrels. The frame, trigger guard, backstrap and butt are engraved with a scroll pattern. The top of the bar hammer has a simple engraved pattern. Fitted with finely checkered grips.

Rating Definition:

Good. Overall the metal surfaces exhibit a smooth gray patina with minor traces of faded original finish on the bar hammer and protected areas on the barrel and hammer. The engraving and proofs are clear. The grips are very good with some minor dings and dents. The left grip has a minor gouge. Overall the checkering is crisp.
