An outgrowth of the civilian "Luftsportverband", the Nationalsozialistisches Fliegerkorps (NSFK) was established in 1937, and served as a training arm and reserve unit for the Luftwaffe, producing glider troops, pilots, and radiomen. 6 3/4" blade, with the F. & A. Helbig (Steinbach) makers mark on one side. Aluminum hilt, with a "winged" cross guard similar to the Luftwaffe "fliegerdolch", plain pommel, and blue painted textured grip. Sheath is also blue painted and textured, with polished aluminum tip, throat, and hanging ring.

Excellent overall with some minor handling marks and spotting on the blade, dings on the aluminum, and some minor wear on the paint.
