Rare Lithuanian Contract Browning HP. Less than 5,000 total made and examples in the U.S. are very scarce. Pre-war 1935 Browning pattern. Blade front and tangent rear sights on the slide, with the Lithuanian proof on top, in addition to the standard markings on the left side. Stacked numbers on the right side of the slide and frame, matching barrel and Liege proofs on the chamber. The backstrap is cut for a stock, with a lanyard lugs on the butt. Ring hammer, smooth trigger and checkered walnut grips. Rare prewar Belgium black leather flap holster with extra long brass tipped flap and no visible markings.

Excellent, with 95% of the original blue finish. Browning on the front grip strap, with wear on the edges and high spots. The grips are very fine, with mild dings and some smooth wear on the bottom corners. Holster is very good, with minor cracking on the flap hinge and light scratches. Mechanically excellent.
