This is Norwegian copy of a Colt 1911 Automatic Pistol. The pistol has a dull blue finish. The trigger, slide stop, thumb safety, grip safety and back grip strap are marked with the last three digits of the serial number. All visible serial numbers match. The left side of the slide is marked with a Norwegian crest over "11.25m/m AUT. PISTOL M/1914" and the serial number. The date 1945 is marked on the right side of the slide. Fitted with checkered double set diamond walnut grips.

Very fine, retaining about 90% original blue finish with gray on the high edges and a smooth gray patina on the grip straps, trigger guard and grip safety. The grips are fine with some minor dings and scratches. Overall the checkering is crisp. The markings are clear and crisp.
