Description:

1) Calling card, cream with black script reading "Adolph Hitler/ Deutscher Reichskanzler" (Chancellor of the German Realm). Hitler wore that title for one year before fashioning himself "Fuhrer and Reichskanzler" following Hindenburg's death in 1934. 2) Dinner fork and soup spoon, initialed "EB" at the bottom in the "butterfly" style associated with Eva Braun, Hitler's mistress. Each is stamped "800" with crescents on the back, the fork measuring 8 1/8", the spoon 8 3/8". 3) Silver dinner fork, soup spoon and table knife, all with "AH" initials of different styles of letters and sizes; the spoon measures 8 3/8", with "flat top" style initials, the knife 10" with "outline" style, and the fork is 8 1/4" with "outline curved" initials. Fork and spoon are both marked as 800 content silver, and the knife has "NIROSTA" makers marks on the blade, with a small boxed "30" on the back. The front of the handle has a small diamond shape makers mark with a ostrich inside.
