The FN 1903 is often referred to as a copy of the Colt 1903 and was designed to compete with the Luger. Production started in 1903 and ceased around 1927. This FN 1903 features the standard two-line Fabrique Nationale and Browning markings on the left side of the slide and fixed blade front and fixed notch rear sights. Various Belgium factory proofmarks are stamped on the barrel and left side of the slide and frame. It has a lanyard loop on the lower side of the left frame and blued unmarked 7 round magazine. Fitted with black checkered grips with raised FN markings.

Excellent. The pistol retains approximately 97% original blue finish with the beginnings of a gray patina on the backstrap, the high edges, and some minor scratches overall. The grips are fine with some scattered minor dings and scratches and some discoloration on the right grip. The checkering is crisp.
