Swiss Army SIG P210-2 (Model 49-SP47-48) with Geneva Cross and Shield stamped on the top of the frame ahead of the rear sight. The top of the slide has a grooved sighting panel between the chamber and the front sight. The pistol has the correct low luster blue finish on the slide and a phosphate finish on the frame. The trigger, hammer and slide lock have a matt aluminum finish. The two-piece black plastic grips have checkered panels on the sides and serrations' on the back. The pistol has fixed front and rear sights, magazine release on the heel of the grip and lanyard loop on the lower left side of the frame. One 8-shot magazine has a blued finish and the other has a phosphate finish. The left side of the slide is roll-marked with the serial number, "A197684" followed by proofmarks and "SIG" in an oval. The left side of the frame is roll-marked with the serial number, "A 197684" followed by a proof or inspection mark. A "P" is stamped on the left side of the trigger guard bow. The "S" (Safe) marking on the right side of the frame is filled with white paint and the "F" marking below it is filled with red paint. The barrel is finished bright and the serial number "197684" and a proofmark are etched on the chamber. The pistol is complete with a Swiss Army russet, cow-hide, full-flap holster with integral magazine pouch and shoulder strap. The holster is complete with a spare magazine. The holster has bright aluminum fittings and is fitted with two belt loops on the back. The holster is stamped with an inspection mark that consists of a Geneva Cross over "Wy" in a rectangle. The maker's name, "A.TRUFFER/Sattler/ERNEN" is stamped in a rectangle over "72"

Excellent. The pistol retains at least 97% of the original finish. The very minor wear is limited to some finish loss on high points and edges. The grips are in excellent condition with minimal handling wear. The pistol has a perfect bore. The holster has darkened slightly from handling and oiling and is in fine condition. The seams are tight and the leather surfaces are free from cracks or flaking. The markings on the back of the holster are sharp. This is an excellent example of scarce, a very high quality, Swiss P210-2 standard military pistol.
