Made in Argentina under license for sale to the Army and subsequently refurbished by an American importer. Fixed sights, with the serial number ahead of the rear sight, "D.G.F.M - (F.M.A.) on the left side of the slide and "SIST. COLT CAL. 11.25 mm mod. 1927" followed by the serial number and "VAM Dist Co LLC / Wooster OH". Serial number also on barrel and frame. Checkered trigger, wide hammer and arched mainspring housing. Fitted with checkered grips. With shipping box numbered to gun.

Near mint as importer refinished. The pistol retains approximately 99.9% dull blue finish with limited slide wear, some light handling marks and some finished over blemishes. There is a minor gash on the bottom of the left panel; otherwise the grips are near mint with some minor nicks and scratches. Overall the checkering is crisp.
