Made in 1939. Blade front and adjustable rear sights, with standard model markings on the right side of the slide, two-line address and patent marks on the left, checkered trigger, replacement thin hammer, long grip safety, arched mainspring housing and checkered hardwood grips.

Excellent, with 95% of the original finish, showing a bright gray patina on the high edges, scratching on the front strap, mild spotting on top of the slide, a small yellow spot on the lower left side of the frame, and some scattered handling marks overall. The hammer is a later production replacement. Grips are very fine, with a small chip on the right panel and mild pressure dents. Mechanically excellent.
