Produced in 1919. Blade front and "U" notch rear sights on slide with the two line, two block address and patent dates split with the Rampant Colt on the left side, "COLT AUTOMATIC/ CALIBRE 45" on the right next ahead of the ejector port. Standard markings on the right side of the frame, with "VP" and "22" on the left side of the trigger guard. Wide checkered hammer, long smooth trigger, short grip safety, checkered slide stop, thumb safety and magazine catch, and smooth flat mainspring housing with lanyard ring. Grips are checkered walnut with diamond patterns, and the 2-tone magazine is unmarked.

Possibly factory refinished, with 99% of the blue finish, showing a few light scratches and handling marks overall and hints of a brown patina on the slide. Some spotting present on top of the chamber. Grips are fine, with some pressure dents and tool marks. Mechanically excellent.
