This Colt Government pistol is a Special Edition manufactured for the Dallas Arms Collectors Association. The pistol features floral scroll engraving on the slide, frame and on the lower front strap. The left side of the slide is marked "The Dallas Arms Collectors Assoc., Inc." with crossed flintlock pistols and three stars above it. The right side of the slide is marked "GOVERNMENT MODEL" and the right side of the frame above the grip is marked with the one line Colt address and gold filled "DACA102" over the trigger. The pistol is finished in Colt high polished blue with nickel plated trigger, slide stop, magazine release, thumb safety and hammer. The pistol is fitted with ivory grips with "DACA / crossed flintlock pistol / Dallas / Texas" in a circle scrimshawed on each panel. Complete in a blue Colt hard case with extra magazine and Colt picture box with Colt Custom Gun Shop label numbered to the gun.
