Manufactured in 1907, the barrels are marked on the matte rib "PARKER BROS. MAKERS, MERIDEN CONN. DAMASCUS STEEL" and are 3/13 weight and are choked Skeet/Imp. Mod. The size # 1 1/2 frame has standard GH grade floral engraving with two flying waterfowl on the left and two quail on the right with two pheasants on the bottom. The water table has the 3 line patent markings. The frame, barrels and forearm all match. The pistol grip stock is checkered at the grip and forearm with a Parker Bros. hard rubber grip cap and Parker Bros. dog and bird logo buttplate with a shield inlay at the toe inscribed "C.H.P. JR." with a 14 1/4 inch pull. The buttstock is lightly figured. The forearm has the standard engraved steel forend tip and one line patent forearm latch. The barrels, frame and forearm all match. The Parker Gun Collectors Association letter confirms the gun's configuration and states the gun was shipped to Charles Parker Company's Office in New York City. Parker notables Phenix, Bannister and Anschutz worked on this gun.

Rating Definition:

Excellent. The barrels retain about 98% of their original Damascus finish with the frame showing about 35% original case colors mostly in protected areas with the balance showing a light brown smooth patina. The trigger guard shows about 50% original blue with edge wear and loss at the grip rail. The stock appears to have been refreshed some time ago and retains nearly 99% of this finish with a few compression dents and very light handling marks. The action locks up tight and is mechanically excellent with bright bores.
