Manufactured in 1900, the rib is marked "PARKER BROS. MAKERS, MERIDEN CONN. DAMASCUS STEEL" with a brass bead front sight and 3/10 weight barrels that are choked Full/Mod. The size number 1 frame has the two line patent on the water table and is engraved with standard G grade floral and game bird engraving. The checkered pistol grip stock shows nice tiger stripe figure and features a hard rubber grip cap, a "NOSHOC" recoil pad and a shield inlay at the toe of the stock. The checkered forearm features the standard engraved steel forend tip and engraved one line patent forearm latch lever. The pull is 14 3/8".

Very fine. The barrels show about 85% of their original Damascus pattern with the action showing about 5% original case color with the balance a gray with light brown patina. The trigger guard is gray with light brown patina. The recoil pad has dried out and is cracking. The stock exhibits about 90% of its original finish with light to moderate checkering wear. The action locks up tight and is mechanically fine.
