Produced in 1943. Blade and notch sights on the slide, with the "USS" monogram and "U.S.& S. CO. / SWISSVALE, PA. U.S.A." on the left side. A circular "RCD" proof and "P" are present on the left side of the frame, with "UNITED STATES PROPERTY", "M 1911 A1 U.S. ARMY" and "No" style serial number on the right. The bushing is a contemporary Micro-brand replacement, and the barrel is entirely bright. Grips are Mexican-made silver, with engraved zig-zag and scroll engraving, and engraved Incan-themed raised panels. Magazine is parkerized with no makers marks. Consignor reports pistol used by a Border Patrol officer assigned to El Paso, Texas.

Fine with approximately half of the parkerized finish, showing a mixed gray color overall with bright patina along the edges and scattered tool and handling marks. Grips are fine custom replacements, with some light wear and attractive patina. Mechanically excellent.
