Manufactured in 1968 and features a serrated ramp blade front and adjustable target rear sights on vent rib and flattop frame, both matte finished on top to reduced glare. The left side of the barrel is marked "DIAMONDBACK / .22 LONG RIFLE" and the "Rampant Colt" marking is located on the frame to the rear of the cylinder. The right side of the barrel is marked with the two line Colt address. The revolver has a serrated wide target style hammer and serrated trigger. Mounted with stag grips that bear the Colt medallion in gold finish on each side.

Excellent. The revolver retains virtually all of the original blue finish with some very slight wear on the barrel near the muzzle, a small scratch on the frame between the cylinder release latch and the "Rampant Colt" marking and an equally small scratch on the right side of the frame above the forcing cone. There is some discoloration on the front face of the cylinder and some wear on the cylinder notches caused by normal cylinder rotation. The grips are replacement and remain excellent. Mechanically excellent.
