The spread military wing "eagle/63" proof is on the left side of barrel; the "crown with cross/crown/U" proof is on the left side of the breechblock and receiver; and two spread wing "eagle/63" and droop wing "eagle" on the right side of receiver. Underside of barrel marked with serial number and bore diameter "8,82". Safety and extractor marked "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN" respectively. Blued magazine with aluminum base marked with matching serial number and "spread eagle/63".

Very fine as partially refinished (grip straps). There is some thinning on the both sides of the muzzle. The grips are fine with scattered minor bruises, a few minor dings, some heavy wear on the higher edges and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. It is strange to find a military proofed Mauser Banner Luger, but this example has many of the characteristics, but there are questions left in one's mind about authenticity which we will not guarantee, henceforth, we are estimating this lot as a WW II era Luger.
