Description:

Introduced in 1897. Fixed blade and notch sight, with "P. WEBLEY & SON LONDON & BIRMINGHAM" address on the barrel rib and model and caliber markings on the top strap. Matching numbers, with small proofs in the flutes and "WEBLEY/ PATENTS" on the frame next to the winged bullet logo. Smooth trigger and checkered hammer, both wide, and checkered birds head grips with a lanyard swivel on the butt.

Rating Definition:

Good, with 70% of the original blue finish turning a brown patina on the barrel and frame sides, with a brown/ gray patina visible on the cylinder and grip straps. The balance showing a gray patina on the edges and scattered spotting and handling marks. Grips are very good, with some light scratches. Mechanically very good.
