The left side of the receiver is marked with two illegible proofs and "bcd" (wartime code for Gustloff-Werke) followed by the serial number, "G43" and an eagle firing proof. Bolt carrier is numbered to the gun and has the cocking knob on the left side. The receiver has the sliding dust cover. Raised hooded blade front sight and military rear sight graduated to 1200 yards. Equipped with a ZF-K 43 scope (numbered 42012) with a rubber eye piece and a reproduction mount renumbered to gun with an "Eagle/214" proof. Stock has two Waffenamt proofs on the left side of the buttstock and fitted with a replacement handguard. Magazine is marked "avx Eagle/WaA204 K43"

Very fine. The rifle retains approximately 80% of the original blue finish with balance a smooth plum and smooth brown patina. The bolt carrier has a smooth matte gray patina. The stock is fine with some minor dings and scratches. The optics are clear. The reproduction mount is renumbered/refinished.
