Description:

Alternately known as a push knife, fist knife, push dirk, or T-handled knife, this push dagger has a "T" bone handle designed to be grasped in the hand so that the blade protrudes from the front of one's fist, typically between the 2nd and 3rd finger. Consignor believes that this dagger was made by Will & Finck of San Francisco, California. There are no maker visible markings due to extensive aging/rust. The blade measures 3 1/8 inches long.

Rating Definition:

An attractive, totally original relic with very good original handle. Overall the blade has a smooth dark patina and moderate pitting. There are some light chips along the edge near the tip and about half of the tip remains. The handle is in fair condition and is cracked near the shank with some chipping on a short side. Otherwise the handle has a smooth yellow patina and some hairline cracks and some minor dings and scratches.
