1) 47 3/4" long, 32" tall Harvard Ale painted sign. 2) Grain Belt Beer 42" long, 20 1/2" tall "T" shaped painted sign with black background and green border. White letters outlined in red: "GRAIN BELT / BEER". "Kaufman" in small white letters near the bottom.

1) Very good. There is some chipping around the mounting holes and around the 5 larger holes for neon and some minor spotting. The white paint has discolored and the left edge has large dent with the paint missing. 2) Good. There is chipping along the edges, around the mounting holes and around 6 larger holes for neon, otherwise some minor spotting.
