Produced by the Watling Manufacturing Company of Chicago. Measuring 73" tall from floor to top, 24" wide across the face, and 26" long at the base, with the overall finish being cream enamel with green accents. The platform is checkered brass, marked "WATLING/ MFG. CO./ CHICAGO", with brass 3-slot coin intake at the top, coin return below the face, and a nickel steel and green ring bordered scale face, with a partially exposed mechanism backed by a mirror, nickel finished hardware and needle, and finely etched brass plate, with weight going up to 297 lbs. Marked as the product of Mills Novelty Company of Chicago, the plate also has owl themed decoration, "YOUR EXACT WEIGHT" at the top, brief instructions and a pair of charts suggesting healthy weights based on height for men and women. Outlawed as a "game of chance".

Very good, with some minor flaking and wear of the enamel, particularly on the base. Not tested mechanically.
