Produced circa 1970 by the Sterling Arms Corporation of England for Armalite. Designed by Eugene Stoner, inventor of the AR15/ M-16 family of arms, the AR-18/ AR-180 was well liked for its robust design and convenient folding stock, but was not adopted by the U.S. military. Adjustable post front and two leaf rear sights, with integral protectors for both and an original Armalite 2.75x20 scope on a quick detach mount. 3-prong flash hider on barrel with English tonnage markings and bayonet lug. Standard receiver markings. Ribbed forearm, smooth "AR-18" pistol grip and folding buttstock, with a black canvas sling. Magazine not included.

Excellent, with 98% of the original matte finish, showing a few mild handling marks overall. Stock is very good, with light scratching. Optics are clear, mechanically excellent.
