Produced before the 1994 Assault Weapon Ban. Adjustable post front sight and M16A2 style adjustable rear sight, with heavy barrel, 1 in 7 twist, birdcage flash hider, bayonet lug, ribbed round handguard, standard markings on right side of lower receiver, casing deflector and forward assist on the upper, a Bushnell Sportview 4-12x scope mounted to the carrying handle, checkered hollow pistol grip and smooth buttstock with checkered buttplate and trapdoor compartment. Also included is a Buck M9 Phrobis III bayonet, 7" sawback blade with deep fuller, checkered and ribbed grips, and wire cutter sheath with belt hanger.

Excellent, with 99% of the original matte gray finish, with a spot of yellow residue on the barrel and a few minor handling marks overall. Stock is excellent, with some lightening of the color of the buttstock. Optics are very good, as is the bayonet, which shows signs of use. Mechanically excellent.
