The "Eagle's Nest" was done by Donna Hunter, an American 19th/20th century artist. It is signed and numbered. This great polychrommed bronze eagle is shown coming to rest in her nest that contains two white eggs. The large bronze nest of the eagle creates the illusion of many twigs and branches intertwined to form a solid soft nest. The bronze rests on a 2 inch circular black granite beveled plinth. The dimensions of the eagle are as follows: height is 21 inches, width is 23 inches, depth is 16th inches, weight is 131 pounds and is signed and numbered 14/399. The bronze sculpture comes with a certificate of authenticity stating the suggested retail price of $23,000.
