The lock has a large crown stamped in front of the hammer, with "TOWER" stamped vertically behind the hammer. The barrel is fitted with a bayonet lug and stamped with a pair of British proofs near the breech. Buttplate, trigger guard (with sling swivel), left side plate, ramrod pipes and forend cap are brass. Straight grip stock with checkering around upper tang and tear drop style flats. Complete with button head ramrod.

Good. The barrel has a smooth dark brown patina, with the action having a smooth dark patina. There is some minor spotting, some minor dings on the muzzle and some minor flash pitting extending to the hammer. The brass is fine. The sanded and revarnished stock is good with a few repaired chips around the plates and a couple absent chips, along with some minor dings, nicks and scratches.
