Description:

Made by Hyde & Shattuck of Springfield, Massachusetts circa 1870-1880s, with the exact number produced unknown. Produced without sights on the two step round barrel, marked "Keno" on the left side and "324" on the underside. Spur trigger, checkered hammer and smooth birds head grips.

Rating Definition:

Fine, with a mixed brown patina showing on the barrel, traces of blue, and a few scratches on the front section. Approximately 95% nickel visible on the frame, with small areas of flaking. There are a few tiny dings on the heel of the backstrap, and small areas of pitting overall. Grips are good, with a thin crack on the right panel, minor shrinkage and pressure dents. Mechanically very good.
