Description:

1) Cartridge belt, tan canvas web material, back stamped in black ink "2" and cross flags over "USV", opened ended loops for 39 cartridges. 2) Anderson Mills cartridge belt, tan canvas web material with brass furniture including the "US" buckle. Open ended loops for 45-70 cartridges. 3) Mills cartridge belt, navy blue canvas web material, with brass furniture including the "H" pattern "US" buckle (marked with a 1881 patent date). Open ended loops for 45-70 cartridges. 4) Mills cartridge belt, navy blue canvas web material, with brass furniture including the "H" pattern "US" buckle . The brass end of the belt has the mills 3 line patent dates.

Rating Definition:

1) Very good, with even minor age cracking on the leather tongue. Overall the canvas material is tight. 2) Good, with fraying on the ends of the cartridge loops. The brass has an even aged patina. 3-4) Very good, with overall tight stitching and the brass having an even aged patina.
