First Model, fitted with the later pattern folding winding lever. The magazine top and bottom are marked with the makers' code, "B/N" (Gebruder Bing, Nurnberg), and the serial number, "173168". The top of the drum lacks concentric reinforcing ribs found on later magazines. A "Crown/S" proofmark is stamped on the upper left side of the magazine column. The numbers "12", "17", "22", "27" and "32 are stamped around the circumference of the magazine bottom. Included is a factory loading tool with "B/N" and "crown/ S" stamps

Fine, with 70% dark blue finish with the balance a brown patina forming on the surface and some light scratches overall. Some pitting present on the loader. Both appear in good working order, though not guaranteed.
