This is a BSA factory non-functioning cutaway or training aid display of the L1A1 rifle, the British version of the FN FAL Light Automatic Rifle. Most of the left side of the rifle, including the stock and pistol grip, has been removed to expose all of the internal components. Even the attached bayonet has the left side of the grip removed. The exposed sides of the removed surfaces having been highlighted in various colors. Complete with green canvas sling. The rifle is mounted to a 18 1/2" x 58 1/2" factory display board with display cartridge.

Excellent. The cutaway retains most of the painted highlights, with some speckled discoloration on the blade of bayonet. The board is fine with the metal frame has a couple minor dents and is warped.
