Manufactured in 1952. Pinned ramped blade front sight and adjustable rear sight, with the left side of the barrel marked with the two line Hartford address/patent information. Has the Rampant Colt over "MATCH TARGET" marking and the left side of the slide has the standard caliber marking. Fitted with thumb rest checkered grips and a grip adaptor. In a Colt faux leather box featuring the correct end label and with instructions.

Excellent. The pistol retains approximately 95% original blue finish with a smooth gray patina on the grip straps, along with some minor scratches overall. The grips are excellent with some scattered minor dings. There are some scattered light nicks in the overall crisp checkering. The box is very good.
