Manufactured in 1955, the first year of production for the Colt Python. Standard markings, with serrated ramp front and adjustable rear sight. Checkered wide spur hammer and serrated trigger. Fitted with the original checkered walnut grips with gold Rampant Colt medallions.

Excellent with 98% of the original blue finish overall with a few scratches on the muzzle, a faint drag line and light handling marks. Grips are excellent with a few dings to the otherwise sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
