This rifle is roll marked with a large vine pattern on both sides of the receiver in addition the left side has in large script letters "Buffalo Bill". The barrel is marked "Buffalo Bill Commemorative" and the receiver tang is marked "W.F. Cody Chief of Scouts". The buttstock medallion depicts a bust of William Cody. Complete with Winchester box numbered to gun, papers and picture sleeve.

Excellent. All of the blue finish remains and there is an unknown residue on the loading gate which has dulled/removed the finish and some light handling marks overall. The wood is as new. The box is excellent. The sleeve is fine.

As "A" in rifle configuration.

Excellent. The rifle retains virtually all of original finish with some light surface scratches on the receiver and light handling marks overall. The wood is excellent with a small minor dent on top, otherwise only light handling marks. The box is excellent. The sleeve is fine.
