Designed like a wagon wheel with 16 black painted spokes, the roulette wheel features the numbers 1 through 60 painted in yellow on a black background with yellow border and iron pegs flanking each number. The center is a 2" diameter, 8" long iron connector surrounded by a 12" diameter wooden decorative disk painted with a geometric design on a red background and yellow border. The main decorative portion of the wheel has a floral blossom-like design that features 8 petal-like cutouts that is accented with an alternating painted pattern. Without a mechanism to spin the roulette wheel. Easel acts only as a mounting platform.

About good. There is heavy paint loss overall (but the design is still noticeable) and gaps between each wood section. The floral cutout is cracked on one side and a "petal" is missing. The easel has a smooth dark patina.
