1) Silver rectangular snuff box with a light floral engraving and the engraved name "ANDY" on the hinged lid, circa 1840-1860. 2) Oval horn snuff box, circa 1800. 3) Oval ebony snuff box with hinged lid, circa 1860. 4) Oval hard rubber snuff box with hinged lid. 5) Gutta Percha rectangular snuff box with hinged lid featuring a now non-functioning compass.

Overall the snuff boxes are very good with some minor handing marks. The silver has tarnished on 1. 2 has a warped lid. 3 has a few missing German silver accents and some flaking of the finish. 4 has a few small gouges. 5 has some missing slivers of material on the warped lid and a minor crack.
