This Premier Edition Government Model is a limited edition one of five hundred. The sides of the frame are polished while the remainder of the pistol is a matte finish. The sides of the slide are floral scroll engraved with gold inlaid "COLT" on the right side and the Rampant Colt on the left side. The only other markings on the gun are the one line address and serial number on the right side of the frame. The pistol is equipped with three dot fixed sights, skeletonized hammer and trigger, an ambidextrous safety, two eight round magazines and checkered grips. The magazines are blue and marked with the Rampant Colt on the toe followed by "COLT / 45 AUTO / 8-RD". An Allen wrench is required to remove the grip screws. Complete with a blue foam lined Colt box with Premier Edition One of 500 sticker on the lid, cable lock, papers, hanging tag and white cardboard outer box numbered to the gun.

Excellent. The pistol retains 99% of the original blue finish with light handling marks overall. The grips are excellent with sharp checkering and a few minor handling marks. The box is very good with some very minor oil stains.
