Description:

This pistol commemorates the battle at Chateau Thierry. It has the standard commemorative markings of the Chateau Thierry pistol and standard 1911 features. Complete with the standard Battle of Chateau-Thierry wooden presentation case.

Rating Definition:

Near new. The pistol retains virtually all of the original blue finish with only light handling marks overall. The gold etched markings remain with the balance showing the original blue finish that was under the gold etching. All markings are crisp. Grips are excellent with sharp checkering and a light scuff on the right panel on the bottom edge. Case is very fine with some minor finish loss on the wood.
