The pistol has the high polish blue finish characteristic of RZM PPK pistols, with the markings highlighted in white. The checkered wraparound grip is brown plastic with the Walther banner at the top. The left side of the slide is marked with the Walther banner, the factory legend, "Mod PPK" followed by the circular "RZM" control mark just ahead of the slide grip. Commercial crown/N proofs are on the barrel at the muzzle and on the right side of the slide below the ejection port. The serial number is marked vertically on the right side of the frame. The magazine is marked with the Walther banner on the left side above the floor plate. Complete with a pre-war commercial brown leather holster with the D.R.G.M. and crossed rifle proof on the top of the flap

Very fine. The pistol retains approximately 85% original bright blue finish with some minor edge and holster wear, with a smooth brown patina on the rear of the frame and front grip strap. There is some scattered light spotting and pitting. The grip is good plus with clear markings and sharp checkering with tow large cracks on the right grip with some minor warpping on the front edges and some minor dings overall. The checkering is crisp. The holster is very good with some minor age cracking and handling marks. The stitching is tight.
