Description:

Standard one line "WAFFENFABRIK MAUSER A.-G. OBERNDORF A.N. MAUSER'S PATENT" marking on the left side of the slide, with "VON LENGERKE & DETMOLD. NEW-YORK" marked on the right side of the slide. Large Mauser banner on left side of frame with a "crown U" proofmark on the right front flat of the slide. The grips are one piece wraparound checkered walnut. Refer to pages 54 and 55 of "Mauser Pocket Pistols 1910-1946" by Roy G. Pender III for more information on this scarce variation of a Mauser Pistol.

Rating Definition:

Excellent, with 95% of the original finish remaining. There is some wear on the high edges, a few scratches, and a few hints of a brown patina forming on the front strap. The grips are moderately worn, with some handling marks and pressure marks on the checkering.
