A) Quackenbush Single Shot Breech loading Rifle

Fixed sights, with the Quackenbush address on the breechblock. Extractor absent. Smooth forearm and straight grip stock with a smooth buttplate.

ConditionVery good, with 85% of the original nickel finish, with some scattered spotting, polishing marks, areas of gray patina, and mild scratches and dents. Stock is fine, with chipping along the edges, pressure dents and scuffing. Forearm is a little loose. Mechanically very good.

Blade and notch sights, with the two line address and patent markings on the left side of the frame. Smooth wire frame grip with a steel wire stock.

ConditionVery good, with 80% of the original nickel finish, showing scattered patches of spotting and brown patina, mild dings and scratches, and edge wear. Stock and grip are in similar condition. Mechanically excellent.
