Hooded front sight and adjustable rear semi-buckhorn sight. Standard barrel address and markings. The receiver is a coin finish, with fine scroll and border engraving on the sides. In addition, on the right side is a forest scene with gold inlayed running deer, and on the left is a larger plains scene with two standing elk. The lower left side of the receiver is signed "T.NAKA". The trigger is gold-plated, the bolt and hammer are blued. Checkered fancy high gloss forearm with steel end cap and pistol grip stock with a checkered steel buttplate. Browning manufactured 3,000 of these High Grade Model 71 carbines and 3,000 rifles in 1986 and 1987. Complete with the original box numbered to the gun.
