This high quality and unique rifle was manufactured for Colt by J.P. Sauer & Son of West Germany. The rifle features a non-rotating bolt that makes the Colt Sauer action smoother functioning than most. The barrel was manufactured without sights and comes with a Leupold 24x scope with sun shield, lens caps and comes with a box. Scope bases and rings are mounted on the receiver. One piece high gloss stock with a checkered forearm and pistol grip with a rosewood forend tip and grip cap with the Rampant Colt on it, raised comb, cheekpiece and black rubber vented Colt Sauer recoil pad. Colt discontinued this rifle in 1985. Complete with the original box numbered to the gun.
