Description:

Features a blade front sight with buckhorn rear sight on the heavy octagon barrel. The top of the barrel is marked "Old Reliable" with "SHILOH RIFLE MFG. CO." and "CALIBRE 40" over "2 1/10". The serial number appears on the action just ahead of the upper tang. The barrel is blue finished with the receiver casehardened. Double set-triggers. Fitted with a smooth Schnabel style forearm and semi-pistol grip stock with a raised cheekpiece and a plastic buttplate marked "SHARPS/ Old Reliable".
