The top of the receiver is marked with the large Persian Crest which depicts the Persian Crown at the top, a standing lion in the middle holding a Scimitar, with the rising sun in the background and an intertwined wreath surrounding it. The receiver markings and serial number are all in Farsi. This rifle also features an unique fixed front sight with ears and a tangent rear sight. The components are the milled "H" pattern front and a rear barrel band with a saddle ring. The stock has swing swivels and is fitted with a blue finished buttplate. The right side of the stock has matching Farsi serial number directly below the blank stock disc.

Excellent plus. The carbine retains 99% original blue finish with a faint plum patina on the receiver. The buttplate has some minor pitting. The stock is also excellent plus with a few minor dings. Appears unissued.
