Manufactured in Belgium this superposed shotgun features a wide matte vent rib with double ivory bead sights, choked full/ improved modified with ejectors and marked for 2 3/4" shells. The receiver, trigger guard, release lever and a 2 inch wedge on each side of the top barrel are nicely floral scroll engraved with a punch dot background. The right side of the receiver has three gold ducks in flight in a marsh scene and gold wire bordering, the left side has three pheasants in flight in a field scene with gold wire bordering and there is a gold quail on the bottom. Each side of the receiver is signed "A DIERCKX". Gold single selective trigger and tang safety/selector Mounted with extra fancy, nicely figured high gloss walnut with fine line checkering with multi point and curved borders and vented Browning recoil pad. The forearm latch assembly has simple feather design engraving. Length of pull is 14 3/8", drop at comb 1 1/8" and drop at heel 1 1/4".

Excellent. The shotgun retain 99% original finish with limited wear on the lower barrel from disassembling. All of the gold wash and inlay remains. The wood is excellent with a few very minor dings and handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
