This is a "Special Troops" (Truppe Speciali) variant Italian bolt action carbine, the top of the rear portion of the barrel is marked "BERSCIA", the right side is marked "1915" and the serial number is marked on the left side. "BL" in an oval marked on some parts. Blade front sight and adjustable rear sight graduated to 1500 meters with battle sight underneath. Equipped with a barrel muzzle mounted rifled grenade launcher, (similar to Nazi 98K launchers, and fires German grenades). The carbine is mounted with a full one piece straight grip stock with handguard and sling swivels. The left side of the stock is marked with a boxed "crown/FAG/38" over "0" and the matching serial number at the butt.

Excellent. The carbine retains 98% original finish. The bolt has a smooth mottled brown patina and the handle has a smooth gray. The grenade launcher retains 98% original finish with some light spotting. The stock is also excellent with a few minor dings, scuffs and dents. The markings are crisp. The action is excellent.
